Has signs of use here and there. Tested with a couple games - no games included. Right controller seems to work fine although person we bought it from stated it can have issues. We were not able to replicate, but be aware. The rubber on the right joystick needs replacing. The tv seems to work fine. The locking bubble works fine as well - we have the key. Lights are working as they should. Scuffs and scratches here and there from being used as a kiosk. Unit is in Austin, TX.
