There are a few fibers that need attention on the top right part of the racetrack around "Nintendo". Is very easy to get back to normal, just never messed with it.

Back side of the sign does have a couple cracks as shown, please see images for reference. The motor of the sign is 220v so will require the step up inverter to generate the proper power needed.
