Both controller hands are snapped off, one got damaged during moving. Condition: When plugged in it lights up, but the monitor dose not turn on and when you push the reset button nothing happens. I'm sure if your familiar with Kiosks like this I'm sure its either a simple fix or just replacing the monitor with another would work.
