Rare 1930s Art Deco Woman Gesso Head Mannequin Department Store Display

This rare 1940s plaster mannequin head bust made in the 1940s was used to display hats and jewelry at a department store window. This pieces is handmade with chalk ware plaster - a classic example of early mannequins before mass-produced plastic examples were introduced.
