Rare 1963 Harold Gale Santa Claus T Chest Christmas Store Display Mechanical 27

Hello, Up for your consideration is this rare 1960s Harold Gale window display, Santa with treasure chests. When i plugged him in his motor hums but he doesn't move.

Hopefully only needs oiled but I cant guarantee it. Has the original tri-state metal tag on grass platform. Has zip code on tag dating him early 1960s. Excellent condition no cracks in face or boots.

Small amount of mica glitter missing on chest lid about dime size. Please look at all photos for condition.
