Rare 1969 Mattel Dancerina Doll Store Display Only 1 That Has Ever Showed Up. Here is an extremely rare 1969 Mattel Dancerina Doll store display. I have taken 29 pictures of this doll. The doll is inside a clear plastic dome-shaped display where she is strapped to a colorful back display. The display is about 28"H x 11"W x 7 D.

The doll has never been removed from the display. The display itself has some wear and damage, there are some chips and cracks in the plastic pink base that the doll stands on. There is also some denting and creasing in the clear dome plastic.

The top has some clear tape around the curve part where it appears some staples have fallen out. Because I have not removed the doll from the display I was unable to test it. This is an extremely rare store display that I can almost guarantee you will not see another. Because grading is subjective to each individual, it is important that you review all pictures closely.
