VERY RARE ANTIQUE KNOX SPARKLING GELATINE PAINTED HEAVY STEEL STORE DISPLAY RACK & 1933 DATED RECIPE BOOKLET. This is a rare Knox Gelatin advertising store display rack & 1933 dated Knox Gelatine Recipe Booklet.

This rack is made of painted steel with a very heavy steel base. Rack weighs over 5 lbs..

Rack's top row has 4 painted-on packets showing the design of the Knox Plain Sparkling Gelatine with the cow pictured in the middle. This product was made by the Charles B.

Out of Johnstown, NY & Montreal, Canada. The top portion of the rack reads, "Make a Dessert with KNOX Sparkling Gelatine One package makes four different Desserts or Salads for Four Different Meals, Six Generous Servings Each". The sides of the rack read, "You'll Love it for Desserts Salads Candies" and "Recipes Your Family Will Like in Every Package". The back of the rack shows this was made by the American Emblem Company out of Utica, New York. Back reads, "Keep This Display Filled with Knox'The Real Gelatine' It will Help Us Both" signed Jim Knox.

Rack has some natural wear present but overall it displays quite nicely and is a very hard piece to find. Please see pictures for design and condition detail.
