From a private collection comes the neatest candy store display ever. It was made in the late 20's or early 30's and has the old blown and rolled glass. The top piece will also slide out so it can be filled from the top...
And if you have ever tried to fill one from the back you can appreciate this. (see my other listings) They fit inside on either end of the big display. (and are also 20's-30's and blown glass with big air bubbles and ground tops and lids) This piece is just so deco and so nice. Fill it back up with candy and you will be a hero for sure. I did some research on the Parkside Candy Store and it opened in I believe 1927 in Buffalo N.This piece is neat and rare - measuring:47 1/4" wide x 19" deep on the bottom and graduates to 11" deep up top and is 10 3/4" tall. See the listing for stacking 1 cent and 5 cent candy jars.
