Rare Disney Winnie The Pooh, Tigger & Kanga Sears Store Display 1980's. VERY RARE SET OF THREE. DISNEY CHARACTERS THAT WERE PART OF A SEARS MERCHANDISING STORE DISPLAY IN THE 1980's.

YOU GET WINNIE THE POOH, TIGGER & KANGA with BABY ROO IN THE SET OF THREE!! Children of the 1970's and 1980's could not miss Disney's Winnie the Pooh which dominated the main floor of Sears Children's Departments across the United States. These three Store Display pieces were used to draw in customers to the Sears Toy or Children's Clothing Departments. These fantastic pieces were recently taken out of storage and have been well packed for close to 30 years. Tigger stands 20" tall, 17" wide & 12 deep.

Kanga & Roo stand 27" tall, 12" wide & 17 deep. Winnie the Pooh stands 21" tall to the top of his paw, 11" wide & 12 deep. Originally, Pooh held a red balloon over his head. If I remember correctly, the red balloon was made of styrofoam and it simply was a ball. The original red styrofoam ball is long gone, but I do have the metal rod that is shown in one of the photographs that went through the styrofoam ball, through Winnie's left paw and anchored in his right paw.

A replacement styrofoam ball/balloon would not be too difficult to find and paint. These characters are made of very sturdy molded plastic and were designed to take daily customer abuse. Since these were Sears Store Displays, they all show wear, including touch-up paint repairs, but there are no cracks or breaks. Based on their origninal purpose and age of more than 30 years, they are in fantastic shape! Offering of these three offered now. All three shown here, Pooh, Tigger & Kanga. As you can see from the photos, they are as cute as can be! Imagine them in a child's (or grandchild's) bedroom! We are willing to work on the price for these items.
