We guarantee the item will arrive in working condition. The item is guaranteed against damage and loss in-transit. We will replace any lost or damaged item within 7-days of arrival.

These costs then have to be passed on to other buyers. We do not guarantee the collector condition of game cards, just if they are new or not. Since grading is so subjective we do not get into this matter. We sell playable new cards, not gradable collector cards. Cards may have marks and other manufacturing imperfections, centering, or any other issue that is common with the manufacturing process.

We guarantee it went straight from pack to sleeve only. We do not guarantee collector condition of any of our items, box condition or mint packaging. New condition just means it's never been used.
