Third Rail came out strong in the mid 90's in independent hip-hop t-shirt shops in LA. Third Rail easily had some of the best graffiti inspired designs, especially at that early time. This can be attributed to the founder, a legendary Graffiti artist named Kelly. This piece consists of a metal arm bracket which supports a large'Third Rail' logo along with the Devil Horn hand gesture.
I've never seen anything like this and I couldn't find a single thing online that even came close. There are two extra chrome rods, though I do no know exactly how (or if) they connect to the main signage piece. It is possible there are other brackets or pieces missing that would have been on the original display. Condition: It's used, has some scrapes, scratches and scuffs.
Chips in the resin/plastic hand on the front and back sides at the bottom of the wrist. I'm not sure how it originally worked or looked, so it's tough to say anything regarding completeness.
