RARE VTG 1990s FILA Sneaker Shoe Neon store Counter Top Display sign 11 STREET

Exactly as seen in photos. In working condition with some condition issues but displays beautifully. Left side has black tape around plastic, I bought it like that and havent taken it off to see why. I believe it is covering a vertical crack in plastic. I didnt even notice it until I started taking pictures.

Besides that and a few other light scratches to the plastic it is in good shape. Works and lights up perfectly and chord is in really good shape as well. There is a spin switch on chord that then neon on and off. See photos ask any questions.
